Refund policy
We hate that you did not love what you purchased. We will do everything possible to ensure you are 100% satisfied. No return authorization is needed, however please read through this form to ensure that your item is returnable. If you return an item that is deemed non-returnable, you will have to pay shipping to have it returned to you. Complete our return form and include it with your return for complete processing. If an item is damaged/defective or you received the incorrect item(s). Email workingbelle@yahoo.com within 5 business days.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Any original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Any item deemed FINAL SALE and are non-returnable: any item purchased with any discount, footwear, leggings, jewelry, accessories, bralettes, tank tops, bathing suit, seasonable items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1400 Oriole Dr and you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged caused by the carrier service you choose. Once your package is received please allow for up to 7-10 business days for processing. You will recieve a code with gift card code that can be used on your next purchase with us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Immediately reach out to us within 14 days of receiving product if you need to exchange for size but please know we have very limited inventory and we can't guarantee exchanges will be available in the size you want by the time we receive the return.
